I can only say that the service that was provided for the repair to my Archos was second to none. Not only did they provide a quick and efficient repair at a very good price,I still find it hard to understand how they did this in such a short time, no sooner I sent it off for repair it arrived back in perfect condition, full marks.I even contacted them with a small problem with a downloading concern and an engineer kindly guided me through how to resolve the problem, free of charge which is not heard of in this day and age. It is a shame that the main Archos HQ in Southampton in which I sent this tablet back to with the understanding that it was still under warranty for repair quoted that it was not financially viable to repair my device and returned it to me, this took a matter of weeks to finalise. I can only praise Sat nav repair service and I will certainly recommend them to friends and family. Many thanks Keith
