This repair was handled very well. I was able to discuss the problem and clarify costs before I committed myself. It would have been nice to use the drop in service, but I simply did not have time to drive up to London. Once I had posted my A70 to ARCHOS Repairs, everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Now, two weeks later, the device is running smoothly and I'm glad that I discovered this service. If only Advanced MP3 Players or ARCHOS themselves had told me about it when I approached them - as they should have.

It would have been nice to use the drop in service, but I simply did not have time to drive up to London. Once I had posted my A70 to ARCHOS Repairs, everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Now, two weeks later, the device is running smoothly and I'm glad that I discovered this service. If only Advanced MP3 Players or ARCHOS themselves had told me about it when I approached them - as they should have.

Job very well done, Ovi did it while I waited on a Saturaday morning, so did not have to worry about sending my Archos through the post with all my data on it. Apart from the connecters that he fixed, he saw my power button was slightly broken and replaced that free of charge, now how is that for service!!!!

This is a fast and very efficient service Archos is now working fine only problen I had was I didnt check my e-mails all my fauly, paid repair in the afternoon, Archos arrived next morning before 9am. If I have a problem again would deffinately use Archos Repairs. Well done keep up the good work

Repair was perfect. Cheaper then getting the repair direct from Archos and much faster. Had the battery replaced last time by Archos and it took weeks instead of days and was twice the price. Would use again for sure

USB broke on Archos 504 sent for repair. Very, very happy with speed of repair.Archos is now like new!!! Price quoted was price paid. Great job plus great communication-kept upto date on unit status via web page log in. Would definitely use agian or recommend to friends.

These boys are true gentlemen nothing is too much work or trouble. You would not find better service anywhere else; my unit was sorted within 4 days door to door.
